Blink Cook is a digital platform that connects home cooks and professional chefs (“Cooks”) with individuals or households (“Users”) seeking cooking services. We act solely as a technology facilitator, not as an employer, agency, or guarantor of any cook or service outcome.

2. User Eligibility

Users and cooks must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Blink Cook. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.

3. Account Registration

• Each user or cook is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passcode.
• You agree to provide accurate details and to update them promptly when changes occur.
• Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or deleted.

4. Service Terms for Cooks

• Cooks must provide accurate information about their identity, experience, and cooking specialties.
• All cooks are subject to admin review and approval before being visible to users.
• Blink Cook may require identity verification (Aadhaar, photo ID, etc.) before activating a profile.
• Cooks are independent professionals — Blink Cook does not employ or supervise them.

5. Service Terms for Users

• Users may view and contact approved cooks based on city and locality filters.
• Users are responsible for verifying a cook’s credentials before hiring.
• Blink Cook is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from direct cook-user interactions.

6. Payment and Fees

Currently, Blink Cook facilitates free listings. In the future, we may introduce subscription plans or service fees, which will be communicated clearly to all users before implementation.

7. Verification and Premium Status

• Cooks may apply for “Verified” or “Premium” status by submitting documents and paying a verification fee (if applicable).
• Verification does not guarantee service quality but confirms that identity documents have been reviewed by our team.

8. Content Ownership

All text, logos, and design elements of Blink Cook are the property of the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false or fraudulent information.
• Using Blink Cook for illegal, abusive, or discriminatory purposes.
• Sharing private contact details publicly without consent.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Blink Cook acts only as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, safety, or legality of services provided by cooks. Under no circumstances shall Blink Cook be liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from cook-user interactions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our platform or users.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
